Blue 6 - RM

Blue 7 - ST

Red 6 - ST

Game starts with one of the blue CB's playing the ball into the shaded area to either blue 4 or 5.

As the ball is played in, one of the blue ST's drop into the shaded area, as if to take up the number 10 role, playing as a middle man between the midfield and the forward players. This creates the midfield overload as a 5v4 in the shaded area.

As one blue ST does this, the other moves into a central area and tries to stretch the play, keeping the opposition defenders occupied as they would in an 11-a-side game.

Blue 3 and 6 would stay wide, as they attempt to create space for themselves, should they receive the ball.

As they do this, the red 2 and 5 will either stay with the blue wingers, following them outwide, creating a central overload for the blues' 3 players to the reds' 2, or the red 2 and 5 can stay central and force the blues round the outside, leaving both wingers unopposed, and creating 2 wide attacking overloads.

As the blues get the ball past the reds using whichever combinations possible, can they pass to their other ST who remained outside the shaded are for a point.

If they are successful, can the blues then play the other way to try and win another point.

Blue 7 and 8 who were the ST's, now become the CB's, and blue 1 and 2 who were CB's are now ST's.

If the reds win the ball, can they play it to EITHER of their target players, (players outside the shaded area), for a point.

As soon as they do this, the ball will restart from the blue CB's playing the ball into the shaded area.

When in possession, the reds will only have 10 seconds to score a point. This is so the blues will have more of the ball, as they are the team being coached.

Blues line up as a 2-4-2

Reds line up as a 1-2-4-2

Now as the midfield overload is created by one of the blue ST's dropping into the shaded area, can the wingers us the space out wide to utilise the space.

As the red CB's have to stay norrow to mark the remaining blue ST, now the midfield overload has been created, can the blue use that new space to their advantage and score a goal.

As this happens, the red wingers will either stay with the wingers, or stay in their central positions.

If they stay with the wingers, as they make their runs into the attacking third, this will create an overload in the midfield third, with the 2 blue CM's and one blue ST playing against the 2 red CM's.

If the red wingers decide to stay narrow and make sure they have the midfield advantage, then space will appear in the attacking third for the blue wingers to run into.

As the ball is played out to one of the wingers, both of the blue ST's make a move into the box, one of them heading for the near post and the other one heading for in between the middle of the goal and the back post, just incase the ST at the near post misses the ball.

The winger on the other side of the pitch will make a movement towards to edge of the 6 yard box, if the ball crossed in is too high for either of the ST's, the winger arriving at the 6 yard line can either try and score, or cross the ball back into one of the ST's.

If for example the ball was played to the blue RM, who crosses the ball, then the blue RCM would go and support him out wide, and the other CM would make a run to the edge of the box.

This is to either collect any lose balls that have been cleared by the defending team, or to stop the defending team from quickly counter attacking by trying to deny the oppostion the space to be able to break quickly, delay them from getting forward, if they try and force the ball through can he deflect the ball away, and finaly as his teammates are back in position, can they defened effectively and win the ball back.

If the reds do win the ball, they have 15 seconds to try and score in any of the three mini goals in the opposition half.

Any goal scored by either team is worth 1.
