Organization:

Instructions:
- Player A passes the ball in front of player B and follows pass to B's cone
- Player B receives ball from A, then passes the ball to C and follows pass
- Player C receives ball from B, then passes the ball in front of D and follows pass
- Player D receives ball from C, then passes to E (who is now in A's position) and follows pass
- Repeat

Set Up
two groups
Blacks are going to press their opposition colour when the ball is travelling towards them.
the rules are for the black player only to make the run when the pass is on its way. they can either intercept of tackle from the blue players first touch
Progressions
if the defender wins the ball they can then shoot to score as a reward
however if the defender commits too early and leaves a gap player in blue can dribble to the red gate to gain points
Key Points
Can the defenders look for the triggersd and the cues made by the oppossing team to make the right decision on when to press high and have a better chance to winning the ball.
