Progression:Add a defender to the midfield area and get them to shadow the Cm to apply pressure.
Teaching Points: The players move onto next stage, gk to cb/cm cb/cm to Rb and Rb to forward. Forward joins the back of the other group.

Action: play 8v2,8v3 build up play, every time the ball goes out restart from the GK.
Progression: Increase number of defenders.
Teaching Points: players should play the way they are facing, clean passing, focus on opening up on the outside on first touch and then travel forward to isolate the opponent. Cm check to receive the ball and look to play to outside players in space.
Every chance the players get to creat a 2v1 they should.

Action: Scrimmage at the end, 8v8 or 6v6 depending on numbers. Everytime ball goes out start with a goal kick. Teams should look to build up attacks patiently and fosuc on quality of passes. Cm is the key to linking defenders with attackers.

Action: GK starts with the ball, plays a one two with center D, then GK play the ball out to the Rb. The center D runs to the middle to be a CM, He checks to receive the ball from the Rb and lays the ball off for the Rb to dribble to the other end and start again from other end. GK becomes Cb,Cb becoms Rb and Rb joins the line at the other end.
Progression: Add a Forward for the Rb to pass to. The Forward then shoots into the goal. The Forward should be receiving a slide through ball to finish.
Teaching Points: focus on quality of the pass, the players stance when receiving the ball, open up on the first touch. The Cm lays the ball off for the overlapping run of the Rb.
Technical Points: Clean contact on the ball. Timing of the run to receive the pass.
