Ball starts with player in Black on the left, objective is to transfer the ball to the other player in black, using BLUE as attacker and RED as defender.
Players in yellow work as bumpers to the attacking player, they cannot pass to the yellow player next to them.
To switch the half played, BLUE must touch the ball and after, it is allowed to go to the other half.
Black cannot pass to Black
If Red gets the ball, he must reset the game with a pass to Black in left and then he becomes the attacker.
Coaching points:
- Focus on the first touch
-Attacking player needs to be smart to create passing angles to the bumpers
-When defender gets the ball, make a fast pass to reset it, and then show up to play again
-When losing the ball, counterpress as fast as possible.

Yellow will play a rondo with the goal to find 5 passes, after 5 passes, they need to find the #9 Yellow and play a 4v2, trying to score
Coaching points:
On the rondo, create good passing angles, try to move defender to a favorable position and also get the ball in a good position to find #9.
The #9 needs to find his space because one CB is marking him all the time, checking ins and "gatos" are good resources to create space.
The defending team must comunicate and try to delay the attack as much as possible.
