Duration: 10 minutes
Objectives: Introducing a first touch while pressure is coming, with abiltiy to dribble.
Emphasis: Positive first touch, control of the ball while dribbling, change of direction if needed
Coaching Points: ball close while dribbling
Organization: 15x15 yard square, two goals 4-5 yards apart facing same directions Two lines facing each other in between goals.
Equipment: Disc cones, Balls, goals
Goals: Players being able to dribble and make a decision to score
Instructions: Player A will dribble to the middle and Player B will close them down to try and win the ball. Player A will try to beat the defender to try and score.

Emphasis: Timing and selling of moves
Coaching Points: Timing of move, execution of move
Organization: Set up one starting cone, one different colour cone 8-10 yards away from starting cone. Then two gates 5 yards away from different colour cone.
Equipment: Disc cones, Balls
Goals: Players being able to perform move at speed.
Instructions: Players will dribble forward toward central cone, perform move at cone and dirbble through gate then back to the starting cone.

Team Function: Agility
Zones: All zones
Duration: 10 minutes
Objectives: Introducing players to variety of Agility.
Emphasis: Jumping/Change of Direction
Coaching Points: Jumping off both feet, bend knees when changing direction
Organization: 2 lines one ball per line.
Equipment: 2 balls, 2 disc cones, 4 poles, 4 hurdles.
Goals: Players being comfortable jumping and moving in different directions at high speed.
Instructions: Players in Line A will perform 10 toe taps then weave through poles and join the opposite line. Players in Line B will perform 10 foundations then jump over hurdles.
Progression: Backwards through poles, lateral jumps over the hurdles.
