FOCUS: Dribbling and beating players with moves
Remember the first 3 phases are the player run Warm-up that will be completed by them prior to every training session. As a coach you start with the gate gate!

Phase 2: Dribbling – Moves
Use the same lines, pinnies or cones x2 mins each
Dribbling lines -Players divide into equal numbers at each line
1. Dribble across at speed and give to next player who repeats to opposite side
2. Dribble halfway across and perform a move of choice or selected move by team leader then continue dribble
Move to phase 3

Phase 3: Passing
Use the same lines, pinnies or cones x2 mins
Passing lines -Players divide into equal numbers at each side
1. Pass the ball across and follow your pass - receiving player controls the ball, passes to opposite side and follows pass

Gate game - Dribbling (10-15 mins)
Make sure there are more gates than players
1-How many gates can you get through in 1 min
2-Beat your score - How many gates can you get through in a min. (5 push ups if score is not beat)
3-R foot only
4-L foot only
5-Inside feet only
6-Outside feet only
7-Can you beat your first score +5 (if not do push-ups!)
8-Maybe add some moves through the gates etc

Topic: Dribbling- Ball Mastery
Activity: Dribbling (Knockout)
Player's dribble around the square trying to maintain their own ball as they try and kick other players balls out.
If a player has their ball kicked out they go to jail and perform the skills from the previous exercise
