1. Creating space off defenders.
2. Mobility / body shape before receiving ball.
3. Weight and direction of pass.
4. Check shoulder as pull off defender.
(i) Play pass to front foot and follow. Change direction.
(ii) Same as before but #3 lays back to #2 who plays #4. Change direction.
(iii) Center pole is actually a defender. They either stay and pattern (i) is carried out or they follow #3, in which case pattern (2) is carried out.

Coaching Points:
1) Play back foot in order to help teammate open their hips to the play
2) Quick back peddle away from pole will help emulate creating space off defender, checking shoulder as you go.
3) Communicate (eye contact, show where you want it, call for ball)

3 equal groups.
Two groups inthe middle work together to keep posseion of the ball.
The group that is off send two in at a time to press. Can change numbers as we go.
Must complete 10 passes before switching.
Body shape and awareness when recieveng. Weight and direction of pass is important. Think a pass ahead.

#1 Plays either the left or right #2. The player who does not recieve the ball makes a forward run.
#1 checks to one side and always provides support behind.
#2 Who revieves the bll plays to #3.
#3 Has to decide to go back to where the ball came, switch to other side, turn or lay it back.
If defending 2 win the ball they counter to small goals.

When shout of "go" all players must spring round cone. Last back is in the middle. One by one go through all cones.
