ABC Shooting Drill (20 mins)
ABC Shooting Drill- Players go one at a time to shoot and score. Player A goes first then Player B and finally Player C before going back to Player A.- Each group gets 3 minutes on a station before rotating.
- Make sure each team counts the goals they school, make sure you also change the GK.
- Player A dribbles through the cones to shoot at goal.- Player B faces forward and gets the ball passed between their legs from the 2nd player in the line and must shoot before the ball stops.
- Player C runs with the ball as fast as they can and must shoot before the edge of the box.
Progressions:
- After they have shot they wait to a 1-2 pass to with the next person.- After a player has attacked they can defend the next group.
