Physical considerations - a 1-minute break between blocks for intervention and to also allow for recovery before progressing.
Psychological - conditions, challenges, and targets make players think and problem solve (Guided discovery, trial & error). Scoring systems makes players think about the best movements to make to get the most points.
Social - team discussions, question, and answer between players and coaches. Coach-athlete relationship allowing for involvement in decisions.

Switching Play In Possession Specific Practice (10 mins)

- If Blue successfully switch play and score they are awarded 3 points.
Out of possession (Red):Progressions:
Progression 1: players must not play the ball directly from one side to the other, the ball must be played through the middle of the pitch before it can be switched or a shot can be taken.
