Warm Up Variation 9 (10 mins)

Warm Up Variation 9 (8 minutes)

Set Up 2 x Grids

Group 1 plays long ball to Group 2 who plays back to Group 1 next player. Repeat. Immediately after Ball is played, Player performs dynamic movement through cone grid and joins opposite Group.

Rotate dynamic movements after 1 min intervals.

Minute 1 - High Knees

Minute 2 - Heel Kicks

** Dynamic Stretch for 2 minutes

Minute 3 - Lateral Shuffle

Minute 4 - Jumping Headers

** Dynamic Stretch for 2 minutes
