Primary Focus:
Making forward passes into attacking areas through the midfield
Organisation:
Same pitch size but alter midfield zone to 10x25 and attacking zones accordingly.
Players:
Same amount of players with 2 of each placed into the attacking zones.
Timings:
3x4 minutes with 1 minute rest periods
Explaination:
The play operates as previously with GK serving ball out and the players combine (including the GK) to get the ball into the midfield zone where one of the attackers will move out of the attacking zone to gain possession.
If sucesful that forward moves into the attacking zone to combine with attacking partner to score.
As previous switch teams ffrom other pitch every four minutes with 1 minute rest periods inbetween.
Conditions:
Initlally all players stay in their designated zones.
One attacker, from the team in possession can move into the midfield zone to gain possession.
Progressions (Challenge Further):
A defender is allowed to follow attacker into the midfield zone.
Regresssion (Chellenge Less):
Team in possession can allow their players to move through all zones to create extra players and overloads.

Pitch size of 60x20 split into 3 even zones.
Players:
Split players into two teams of 9 with GK, 3 defenders, 2 midfielders and 3 attackers.
Timings:
3x8 minute periods with 2 minute rest.
Explaination:
Coach serves the ball into the midfield zone.
Teams compete for possession of the ball.
Team who wins possession aims to get the ball into their attackers to create a scoring opportunity.
Play 3 periods with alternative playing conditions.
Period 1: All players play in their designated zones.
Period 2: Team in possession Can have players who can move between all the zones.
Period 3: All Players are free to play in all the zones.
Conditions:
Passes must be played into the midfield zone and then into the attacking zones.
Progressions (Challenge Further):
Team in possession must complete a number of passes in each zone before playing into the next.
Regression (Challenge Less):
First pass from GK is free with opposition players starting position at furthest point of the zone away from the GK.
This can also be the case in the other zones to ease the making of the passes into the midfield and then attacking zones.

Primary Focus:

45x25 grid with midfield zone 25x25 and the attacking zones 10x25 set up twice
Players:
2 GK on each pitch with teams of 4 with one desginated attacker on each team.
Designated attacker plays the game in the attacking zone.
Timings:
3x4 minute spells with 1 minute rest periods.
Explaination:
GK serves the ball into the midfield zone.
Team in possession works together to get the ball into the attacking zone where their attacker is placed.
When the attacker receives posessio they go 1v1 versus the GK and attempt to score.
If goal scored or missed the GK restarts the play and serving into midfield area to other team.
After 4 minutes switch with teams on other pitch during one minute rest spell.
Play another 4 minutes and then repeat so all face each other once.
Conditions:
Players stay in their designated zones on set up.
Progression (Challenge Further):
Allow a player from the midfield zone to drop into the attacking zone to defend against the attacker.
Regression (Challenge Less):
Allow the attacker, for the team in possession to drop into the midfield zone and play 4v3
