Key Factors:
- 3 teams of 5 with two teams in possession and one out of possession.
- The aim of the practise is for the teams in possession to make a certain amount of passes in their half and switch the ball to the opposite team.
- The team out of possession will press the team in possession to make a 5v3 and when play switches they must organise players nearest to play to go and press in the opposite half. The players who are not part of the 5v3 are to stay between the flats and attempt to intercept the switch
Organisation:
- 40x30 grid with a 8-10 feet space between flats.
- 3 different colour bibs of 5, 2 mini goals and flats.
Coaching Points:
Encourage player closest to the ball to press and players behind them to support the press in a directin that forces the oponents into difficult situations.
- Encourage players to angle their run when pressing to force people in possession a certain direction that will benefit the team out of possession.

Key Factors:
- 7v7 small sided game
- Focus on pressing high and winning the ball back in high positions and to them being clinical in attack.
- If there are too many players to complete just a 7v7 have a 3v3 on the side or 3v3 with a magic player preferably to re-create an underloaded team pressing to force the team in possession to beat the press. Allowing the team out of possession to organise an aggressive and efficient press which stays relevant to the theme of the session.
Coaching Points:
- Encourage pressing high and when the team in possession loses the can to instantly react and look to win the ball back by counter pressing.
- Encourage team in possession to beat the high aggressive press with precision and accuracy on the ball.
- Encourage players to press in accordance to the players further than them and organise each other when not doing so.
- Provide key words such as 'left/right shoulder' 'show them right/left' etc.

Key Factors:
- Players begin the practise with 5v2 inside the orange square.
- Players in possession recieve 1 point for 5 passes and defenders recieve 1 point for tackling.
Organisation:
- Orange square is 8 by 8 feet. White square is 16/18 by 16/18 - Mini goals in each corner of the white square
- 2 Blue bibs for defenders Progressions:
- Once defenders take ball away from team in possession they can now look to score in the mini goals. This forcing the team in possession to react once they lose the ball and counter press. The team out of possession will be rewarded with 2 points if they can win the ball back and score, with the team in possession winning 3 points if they can counter press to win the ball back and transition into a position where they can make another 5 passes.
Key Coaching Points:
- Encourage players to 'press' when they lose the ball to encourage better reactions to then win the ball back. - Support clinical finishing created from pressing from defenders
- Allow players to think about how and when they are likely to press.
