Technical Objective: Running with the ball (control/mastery) and striking the ball
Duration: 10 Minutes
Setup: Players are in groups and are pretending to ski down a ski slope
Procedure:
DOWNHILL RACE - (5 Mins): for the first 2.5 minutes, the players move the ball forward with the sole of both feet and when they are close to the goal they shoot. In the next 2.5 minutes, they will run with the ball freely and finish with a shot on goal
GIANT SLALOM - (5 Mins): the players will have to make their way through the cone gates before shooting. For the first 2.5 minutes, the players move the ball forward with the sole of both feet and will shoot on goal when they are near. For the remaining 2.5 minutes, the players will run with the ball freely and will again finish with a shot
Coaching Points: 1. Players should be using small touches, keeping the ball close to their feet , 2. Encourage the players to use both feet in all parts of the exercise

Technical Objective: To develop the technique for running with the ball (ball control/mastery)
Duration: 10 Minutes
Procedure: The players pretend to run between the 'trees' (cones) without touching them. After reaching the end zone, they must stop and wait there until all the players in their group have completed, after which they return back to the start point and resume again. Encourage competition between the teams by making it a challenge on which group completes each round first
Variations: 1. Run with no ball , 2. Run with the ball in hands , 3. Dribble the ball with the feet (as shown)
Coaching Points: 1. Bend knees when changing direction between cones , 2. Use soft touches on the ball , 3. Accelerate towards the end zone and then stop the ball still using sole of feet

Objective: To develop competitive 1v1 play within a team and finish on goal
Duration: 15 Minutes
Procedure: On two mini fields besides each other, the players play mini games of 2v2. Keep switching players and teams in between the activity
Coaching Points: 1. Encourage the players to take each other on and run into space to score, 2. Encourage off the ball movement

Objective: To implement all techniques in a 6v6 situation
Duration: 10 Minutes
Procedure: 6v6 Game
Condition: For 5 minutes, the players have to take a minimum of 2 touches before being allowed to pass or shoot. After 5 minutes, no conditions (free play)

Warm Up - Snow Ball Fight (10 mins)
Technical Objective: To develop ball striking accuracy
Duration: 10 Minutes
Setup: In a 20x10 yard area, the players are divided into 2 teams. The field is divided into 3 zones.
Procedure: The players are not allowed in the middle zone, which is 2 yards wide. The players will throw the ball and try to hit the players on the other team while trying to dodge the "snow balls", that are being thrown at them.
Progression: Progress from 5 minutes of throwing with the hands to 5 minutes of kicking the ball with the feet
Coaching Points: 1. Create a positive environment , 2. All the players must participate actively and execute as many throws/kicks as possible
