BANDIT BALL
One to three players without a ball. the rest have a ball dribbling, Each player attempts to maintain possession of their ball. If the Bandit steals the ball, the player that was dribbling becomes the bandit and the other player dribbles the ball. When time is called, don't be the one without a ball

WARM UP: INDIVIDUAL DEFENDING VIA PASSING
In pairs
1. Pass back and forth and on command "Defend" Player with ball holds ball. Player without ball sprints to touch ball at teammates feet. Then they back peddle back
2. Pass back and forth and on command "Defend" sprint to touch ball on the side. First to touch ball wins point
3. Pass back and forth and on command "Defend" player with ball attacks and attempts to score on opponents pinnie goal. Other player closes and defends (1v1). If defender wins the ball, they score on opponents pinnie goal

1V1 COVER THE GOAL
Play begins with a diagonal pass across the grid from O to X. O must move quickly to cover their goal to make sure X doesn't score immediately.
X attempts to beat O and score thru O's goal. If O wins the ball, they transition and score thru X's goal. Switch lines when completed

1V1 PRESSING
First attacker plays a pass to a teammate on the half line. The defending lines closes pressing the attacker and preventing them from turning if possible
The objective is for the attacker to score in a mini goal.
If the defender wins the ball, they score in a mini goal

1V1 FLYING CHANGES
25x25 area or as needed
Play is continuous.
First players from one line dribbles and plays 1v1 with the first player in the opposite line.
If they score or the ball goes over their opponents end line, they immediately transition and drop to defend their goal.
The next person in line dribbles and attacks their goal. If the defender steals the ball they attack the opposite goal. If they score or ball goes over the end line, they immediately retreat and cover their goal. The next person in line dribbles and attacks their goal
If goalkeeper saves the ball, play continues
Play for time or to a set number of goals scored

SMALL SIDED TO GOAL
Play 2v2, 3v3 or 4v4 or needed with goalkeepers. Play for time. Most goals wins
If a goal is scored, the defending players switch out and a new pair/team comes in
If the ball goes out or there is a missed effort on goal, both teams switch out
Variation:
Players must complete 3 passes before attempting a shot on goal
Coaches can add a extra player to either team to create a overload
Add a neutral inside player
