DESCRIPTION:

  • 飛碟10隻，足球8個，30碼直徑距離，守門員在球門熱身，15min
  • (1) 無球熱身: 16個球員在飛碟範圍自由跑動，跟從指示進行動態伸展
  • (2) 有球熱身: 8個球員在飛碟範圍外拿球，中間球員跑近拿球傳給另一個飛碟範圍外無球球員
  • (進展) 中間球員拿球，傳到位給外面球員走前入內接球，互換內外位置 

AIMS:

  • 提升肌肉溫度及心肺功能
  • 為練習作生理及心理準備

BEHAVIOURS:

  • 中間球員可以慢跑但跑近拿球要加速

  • 利用左右腳運球及傳球

  • 抬頭避免撞到隊友

  • 支援位置和角度

  • 飛碟5隻，20x40碼距離，足球1個，15min
  • 2V2，中場綫防守傳給進攻帶前，形成短暫2v1，防守傳完追落嚟
  • 進攻目標射入，防守搶波

AIMS:

  • drill-like 2V2練習delay

BEHAVIOURS:

  • 傳球防守要全速追後，目標cut傳另一個進攻路綫
  • 追到落去轉身向球，出聲提隊友返到和可以埋
  • 後面防守不要刺激進攻，後退防守步buy time比另一個防守返位
  • 防守步，3-5步距離
  • 遮傳球路綫，身體方向ball-man-goal
  • 盯人盯位防守
  • 防守人數足夠可以埋和covering

CONDITIONS:

  • 進攻8秒內完成

AIMS:

  • 小型比賽練習delay

BEHAVIOURS:

  • 防守反應，被搶或出界立即向反追
  • 全速追後cut傳另一個進攻路綫
  • 追到落去轉身向球，出聲提隊友返到和可以埋
  • 不要刺激進攻，後退防buy time
  • 防守人數足夠可以埋和covering
  • 留意offside
