Run A)

Distance 110 Yards ( between red cones  85% speed )

Recovery 35-45s. x 6 Sets ( Aiming 600m x 2 blocks ( rest 90-120s post 6 sets )=1200m

Run B) Added Turns 21-43-65 yards = 258 yards total per run. x 5 runs

Recovery 45-60s x 5 sets
