Organization:
As shown. Players in pairs. 1 on each red cone on same side.
Instructions:
- Player A plays to Player B. Player B drives and performs given move on blue strip of cones. Player A makes run inside of pole. Player A finishes. Switch roles then switch sides.
- On scissor, opposite side begins.
Coaching Points:
- Quality of movement and first touch of player A
- Quality of player A's move to beat cones.
- Quality of player B's run (timing and shape) and communication
- Quality of players A's pass.
Progressions/Regressions:

Organization:
- As shown. Even teams, players on either side of goal.
Instructions:
- One pair begins (red). Reds attempt to score as shown. When attacking team shoots, a new pair from the opposite team enters. The original attackers become defenders and original defenders drop out. Game is continuous until given score line.
- Should keepers make save, they distribute into mini-goals for a goal.
Coaching Points:
- Reactions in transition (attack to defense, rest to atack, etc.)
- Decision making of 1st attacker (commit defender, dribble / pass)
- Run of 2nd attacker (straight to receive, diagonal to split defenders, diagonal to drag defender away and create 1v1 for attacker - all based on 1st and 2nd defender's position).

Instructions:
- Passing pattern as shown. Final pass is disguised pass to runner in behind.
- Rotation: Follow pass.
- Change combinations where necessary (give and go's to beat cones, dummy for final pass, etc.).
Coaching Points:
- Quality of pass.
- Body shape and quality of first touch.
- Timing of run.
- Disguise.
Progressions/Regressions:
- As mentioned above, have changes in combination rather than straight pass (double pass between A and B, give and go between B and C, etc.).

- 3 teams of 4. 2 on, 1 off.
Instructions:
- Teams play 3 minute games. Team that wins stays on.
- Should there be a draw, the last team to win stays on.
Coaching Points:
- Shape (diamond or box).
- Quality of pass / first touch.
- Timing of movements.
- Recognition of type of run (out to in, in to out, etc.).
