Practice Organisation:
*To improve understanding of pressing.
*Blue's play end to end to their target players.
*Red's play end to end to their target players.
*If a team gain possession of the ball then they must get the ball to either target player and then to the *other one to score a point.
Progression:
- Target players swap with player who passed it to them
- Introduce playmaker box in the middle which has to be played through
Learning Objectives:
*Encourage ball to go short - press.
*Nearest player must press.
*Four D's when defending.
*Communication from behind - show inside/outside.

Practice Organisation:
*A 24x18yd grid with 3 balls set on cones 5yds apart at one end of the grid.
*At the opposite end two cones set approx 6/7yds apart.
*Attackers line up to the side of the first cone furthest from the balls.
*Defenders line up with a ball each 3/4yds behind the opposite pop-up cone.
*Practice starts with: D1 dribbles the ball between the cones and steps on the ball for A2 and sprints round the far cone.
*A2 must dribble the ball towards end zone and try and knock of a ball.
Progression:
*The Attacker must shoot before the 4yd line.
Learning Objectives:
1. Good first touch out of feet.
2. Show composure and accuracy of finish to knock ball off cone.
3. Reaction to defend.
4. To improve running with the ball and finishing under pressure.

Set Up:
*When your team is winning they cannot score and must keep possession.
*When you are losing or the scores are level you can score.

ATP - Passing Pattern (25 mins)
Practice Organisation:
*Gates set up in a diamond fashion.
*Players inbetween each gate.
1. Practice starts with: Player A passes it clockwise the next player receives the ball on their back foot and passes in on.
2. When ball gets to Player D he plays the ball inside - to get out the player in the middle must perform a trick before passing.
3. Practice is continious.
Always go in opposite direction.
Variations:
*Control Inside then shift with outside
*Control with outside of foot then perform a step over.
*Control with outside and then chop with inside.
*Add a second player in the middle so they have to combine.
