Part - Dribble warm up (10 mins)
Session Organisation:
- Players have a ball in a square (foxes)
- Some players are Hounds and their job is to kick the ball away
- When you lose your ball you become a hound and chase others
- You must stay within square (coaches on outside ensuring players dont stray!)
- Last person standing wins....
Key Coaching Points:
- Kepp the ball
- Shield
- Use your backside
- small tocuhes - keep control
- Keep moving (easier to kick away of your stay still)
- Find space with the ball

Part - Dribble at Pace to goal (10 mins)
Session Organisation: Moving with the ball at pace
- Groups of 2
- 2 cones about 3m apart
- One player with ball on front cone.
- On caoches call run with ball quickly to cone and back - swap over
- PROGRESSION:
- One player on back cone to chase
- On coaches call players set off in a race to the first set of cones
- Change players over at end
Key Coaching Points:
- Moving with the ball at pace
- keep the ball under control - dont just kick and run (coaches point - if that occurs make tacklikng/stealing the ball allowable)
- Mix players up - try and keep it close
- Space cones further/ closer together based on success
- Use only left foot or right foot as further progression

WHOLE - SSG - End Game (25 mins)
Description
Normal game GK's inc - make pitch slighlty bigger to focus on attacking dribbling
- Split 16 players on the Blue ptiches
- Split the others on greens evenly
Dribble on's or pass on's
4v4 on Blue Pitches
5v5 on Green Pitches
Tempo high - focus on dribbling forward at pace
May add 2 players from Green pitch to Bue pitch if players show right temprement
