Speed - Reaction Speed (15 mins)

Fast Speed on toes, coach says "change" , player turns back, coach says "change" face each other, when coach shouts colour of cone, run to that cone and tap.

Reaction Speed - Opposites : Same as 1, but go to opposite colour of what coach has said.

[3]

White cones - Zig Zag and Red Cones - Go Round top and bottom cones and run to opposite colour of that coach says.

Same as 3, but this time run to ball 1v1 to dribble through one of the gates on the colour called side.

In pairs, partner runs to a gate, makes a fake stop, continues through gate, makes a quick turn and passes back to partner. Partner does the same.

**Fake** - Foot above the ball as if going to stop and down to pass forward.

No Gates - 3 moves of their choice and then pass back to partner.

Pushes off - one touch,then puts foot on ball to stop, then rolls forward to move again , then turns and passes the ball back to next one.

Dummy - Pushes off - One touch, lift foot above the ball as if to stop (dummy), draw foot back and pass forward, then turn and pass ball back.

Push off - One touch, stop by putting foot on the ball and then passing forward with opposite foot, then turn and pass ball back.

Receive Inside - Pass inside

Pass with inside of foot, Receiver knocks to their side with inside of left foot and passes back with inside of right.

Receive Outside - Pass inside

Pass with inside of foot, Receiver knocks to their side with outside of foot and passes back with inside of same foot.

Control With Knee, Pass with Inside of Foot (Right knee/foot)

Pass with inside of foot, Receiver traps with knee, knocks to their side with outside of foot and passes back with inside of same foot.

Repeat above with Left Foot

Half Volley - Right foot

Throw to player, player controls with knee then returns with right foot volley.

Reat 5 with left knee and foot.
