Organization:
Square of 8 x 8W. Four players per square. One player in each side of the square.
Pressure of an opponent is added to the exercise
Instructions:
No pattern. Game is free.
Keep the ball away from the player (oponnent in the middle).
The defender has to touch it to swap with the player that lost it
Coaching Points:
- On toes to receive pass.
- Look at oponent for 1s, look at ball for 1s
- Receive with furthest foot, pass with the other foot.
- Move up and down the line for support
Progressions:
- Some of these same are going at the same time. Add one more defender.

Organization:
30Wx44L. Three even teams (in this case white, blue, yellow and red neutrals).
1 Ball
Instructions:
Possession game with neutrals. Three even teams in a XvXvX + N format.
Two teams have to combine among themselves and neutrals to pass the ball consecutively for X amount of passes for a goal.
When the team in the middle steals the ball, they have to pass the ball to a neutral or the other team from who they stole it to get out. The team that lost the ball becomes the defender.
Dynamic exercise.
Coaching Points:
- Team shape (make field big)
- Two options for the player in possession
- Angles of support
- Timing of movement (when to move and when to stay)
- Quality of pass (timing, accuracy, weight, disguise, texture)
- Receive with far foot, pass with inside of foot.
Progressions:
Neutrals have two touches. The rest of the players have 1.
Make the field smaller.
Even out the teams (no neutrals).

Instructions:
Possession game with neutrals. Three even teams in a XvX + Ninside + Neutrals outside format.
The purpse of the game is to circulate the ball accross all sides of the square twice for a goal.
4mins game. Winner stays on and replaces with Neutrals from outside.
The ball does not go out.
Coaching Points:
- Movement off the ball
- Speed of play.
- Inside of the foot passing. Receive the ball accross the body.
- Finding the way out with two options.
Regression:
- Have a possession game to X number of passes only counting passes from players inside the grid.
Progression:
Make it two even teams dynamic. To see if the weidth of the field is occupied.

Organization:
Positional roles in an 11 v11 environment
The ball never stops. When it goes out, another one is given to the team that has to have it in the restart.
Another team of 11 waiting outside. Winner stays on. Newcomer wins in case of a tie. 6min games.

Free play. Offsides in place

Pass and move (5 mins)
Organization:
Players in a 20 x 20 area - spread out
A few balls for the whole group (always less than number of players by 3).
Instructions:
Players have to receive, dribble, pass and move anywhere in the grid (except in the direction where they passed to). Pass and move.
As pulse increases, space can increase - to target longer balls.
The only rule is: ball always moves, players always move -no standing.
Coaching Points:
- Receive always with the far foot into space
- Pass one with the left foot, one with the right foot.
- On long balls, use laces.
Regressions:
Start without the ball. Start with a smaller space
Progressions:
Introduce pressure.
