ACTIVITY #2 KNOCK DOWN THE CONES (6-8 mins)
Begin the actiivity with NO soccer balls. On Coach's command, players will run up to cone and kick it over. Once all the cones are knocked over, call all the players back into a huddle. Explain that players will try to stand up all of the cones using their feet. Once all the cones have been stood back up, instruct players to get a soccer ball and call players back into a huddle. Players will now be instructed to use their soccer ball to knock the cones over. Repeat players standing cones back up with feet. Conclude the activity by having all player help pick up the cones.

ACTIVITY #3 (5-7 mins) TIMBER
Instruct each player to get a soccer ball. Explain that they are Lumber Jacks and have to try to cut their tree down by using their soccer ball. Demonstrate how the player will kick their soccer ball, using their feet only, at Mom or Dad. Once Mom/Dad are hit a few times, they fall over shouting "TIMBERRR!" Repeat

ACTIVITY #4 RED LIGHT, GREEN LIGHT (6-8 mins)
Coach instructs all Players/Parents to line up on the endline with no soccer balls to start. Coach holds a red, yellow and green spot in your hands. Review with players what each color means. Coach walks backwards showing the players the different color "lights" as they begin to follow. Be excited with lots of energy. Once players have reached the end line, play again going back to their original position.
Repeat a few times. Incorporate the ball.

ACTIVITY #1 WARM UP (8-10 min)
Create an obstable, placing the soccer balls in a hoop in front of the goal. Instruct Players and Parents where to begin obstacle course. Once player comes to the hoop of balls, players must use their feet to get a ball out of the hoop and then shoot their ball to score a goal. Repeat several times.
