Set Up:
Utilize same dimension of a 20mx30m box without the zones
Format of 3 teams rotating with bumpers positioned wide
Offensive team starts with the ball. Objective to keep the opponent locked on one side, deny central passing lanes, and force turnovers
If the defensive team wins possession they may attempt to score.
Coaching Points:
Pressing Triggers; recognizing sideways or backward passes to step in and intercept
Player Actions: Midfielders using correct pressing angles to cut off options and defenders shifting as a unit
Closing space quickly, while maintaining defensive shape
Compact positioning to deny gaps between lines
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Progressions: Remove 1 defender to create a natural disadvantage
Regressions: Making the pitch dimensions smaller to naturally create a more compact environment
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Challenge: Win possession of the ball within a time limit
Target: Force the team in possession to only backward or lateral passes

Set Up:
Set up a 20mX30m box. Pitch is divided into thirds 2 wide sections and a central zone.
Teams are set up in a 2-3-3 formation
The objective is to try and play the ball across zones. i.e. if play is distributed to the right zone, team in possession should attempt to pass the ball into the far zone
Session will encourage ball retention and succession
Play will start with cm bouncing ball with left defender to switch to right.
Once switch has taken place pass to attacking player to either cross or shoot
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Progressions: Removing zonal markings to see if players naturally start performing switches,
Regressions: Expanding field dimensions or removing defending players to have offense always be +1 in each zone
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Challenges: Touch limit
Conditions: Performing multiple switches prior to shooting
