Session: Passing & Receiving - Combination/Shooting
Instruction:
a) Pass - A to B to C to D to E to F to G - G to H who shoots within shaded area
Coaching Points:
a) work both sides
b) take care of pass
c) movement - create angle to receive
d) movement - away from pole (defender)
e) two touch - control & pass
f) first touch - takes you to where you want to play
g) quickness of play

Session: Passing Receiving - Combination/Shooting - Unoppossed
Instruction:
a) A passes to D who passes back to A, B runs an overlap (tines run) and A will pass to B who shoots. D spins in case B cannot shot and decides to pass for D to shoot.
b) as a) except C runs diagnol between far two poles. A will again pass to C who will shoot. D spins in case C cannot shoot and decides to pass to D to shoot.
c) as a) and b) but A decides who to pass to - important for B & C & D to continue play as they may end up shooting dependant on circumstance of play.
Coaching Points:
a) take care of pass - one touch or two
b) time run
c) Think about run to create angle to shoot - C shape.
d) First touch - out of feet/where is it you won't to play to.
e) quickness of play
c) movement to create an angle to receive/pass/shoot.
d) be aware of what's happening.
e) verbal communication

Passing & Receiving - Combination/Shooting - Oppossed
Instruction:
a) A passes to D who passes back to A, B & C can either make an overlap ordiagnol run, their choice but as soon as D receives the ball defenders become live and play a 3 v 2 - A cannot go other side of poles and defenders cannot go other side poles towards A. A cannot score.
Play offside.

a) take care of pass
b) timing/movement of run
c) keep moving
d) quickness of play
e) pass - one touch or two

Instruction:
a) play normal game
b) play offside
c) can only score after a combination/overlap/diagnol run.
Note - pitch size dependant on number of players - provide some space.

Warm Up (20 mins)
Session: Passing & Receiving
Instruction:
a) 1 passes ball inside of C to player 2 whose first touch takes ball to outside C, then passes back to 1. Repeat using B and continue.
b) 1 passes ball outside of C to player 2 who controls ball and passes back to 1, player 2 sprints back to starting position and player 1 passes to player 2 outside of B. Repeat.
c) as b) but encourage player 2 to pedal backwards after pass - fundamental movement and to play one touch only.
d) Player 1 throws ball to C and player 2 controls and passes back. Player 2 sprints back to starting position and player 1 throws to B - continue exercise.
COACHING POINTS:
a) control and pass - take care of pass.
b) play off both feet
c) one touch passing
d) movement
e) good control - move ball into a position to pass.
f) ensure player 2 is in position to play - don't rush exercise.
