Set Up: 20x20 yrd box with hoops spread out, players split 2 teams, 1 team around outside, 2nd team inside with ball each. 

Players with balls dribble around area performing ball mastery & skill, players on outside fast feet footwork through the hoops.

Coach calls switch players with ball play a pass to outside players & players switch roles. 

Progressions: Play a wall pass before entering.

Key points: Ball mastery, dribbling, skills, passing, movement of the ball.

Set up: 1 central channel facing large goal, 2 wide channels with target goals on half way line. Position 1 def in each channel. Play 2v1 central channel & 1v1 wide channel.

Players in central channel attack large goal, after their go they each join 1 wide channel for 1v1. Wide channel attack target goals, once they finished they join central channel. 

Key Points: Attack with pace, movement of the ball to create opportunities to attack, link up play, take shooting opportunities.

Set Up: Half pitch, 1 large goal facing 2/3 target goals. 2 Teams of 3/4

Play match with 1 team shooting into big gooal, 1 shooting into small goals. Objective is team shooting into big goal keep scoring, shooting into small goals score 2 goals to rotate roles.

Rotate sides if 2 goals not scored after 3 min.

Key Points: Movement as team to create goal scoring chances, decision making on & off the ball, passing, 1st touch & awareness, finishing, compactness to defend, pressing & tackling, transitions.
