Method: Cones distanced apart 30 yards.
2 Teams equal numbers.
First player each group starts to run out and around and back again next player grabs bib his holding and takes off with him.
so on and on till first team has all players on team around cones in a linked chain wins.
Any fall or break of the link means that team must restart from first player.
Coaching Points:
Working as a team , helping your teammate to complete the link and be a part of the team.
