Red player will be inside the cone zone. Blue player will be right on the line. The red player is trying to dribble and create enough space to get his shot off. The blue player can only defend at the line. If the red player crosses the cone line the blue player can take the ball from him. We will do 5 min from each A, B, C starting point. Don't let a player take more than 8 seconds b/c that will create a bad habit of keeping the ball at his feet too long. Meant to be fast.

Now we will be doing something similar, but now we are trying to get the cross off to the forward waiting to finish to goal. Blue player is still not allowed to go into the cone space unless the red player crosses the line. As a defender we are trying to move our feet, we are not trying to steal the ball just block the cross. If the cross is achieved the forward is looking to score one touch. We will go from line A then line B. Each time they rotate from being a defender to attacker.

Pull back push inside 10x, laces 10x, toe 10x both feet
Outside outside 20 times each foot
Fake shot stop the ball with the top of the foot 10x each foot.
Partner passing inside the foot 2 minutes
Partner passing rolling the ball with the top of the foot, the other player traps the ball with the top of the foot then roles back 2 min
Dribble in a circle around your partner using the inside of your foot 20 touches then switch
Dribble in a circle around your partner using the outside of your foot 20 touches then switch
