Start this drill without the ball.

On the coaches whistle each group sprints a figure 8 as shown. Team B runs the exact same pattern starting from the right side.

After 3 turns for each player, progress to include the ball.

Try to stress the following points:

- keep the ball close to your feet

- always keep your head up to avoid collisions

- stress use of both legs
