Overview:
* 6 v 4 possession with four players working outside lines and two overload players inside
* Defenders transition outside to become attackers upon winning the ball
* Attackers transition to pressing inside
Coaching Points:
* Lines of pass on the outside - available to receive OR opening up space for players inside
* Overload players always influencing the game with their positioning - available to pivot/bounce OR dragging defenders in to open up lines of pass on the outside
* Always emphasis on body position, scanning and awareness
* Out of possession press collectively with intensity and intelligence (block lines of pass/encourage into bodies)
* Transition to attack - maintain possession upon winning the ball; play out of pressure; take up positions quickly outside
* Transition to defend - react to press instantly; aim to regain as quickly as possible

Durations: 15 minutes
Overview:
* Positional play in possession against a 4-4-1-1 defensive structure
* Coach starts play into either centre-back; play through to a finish, recover and repeat opposite side
Coaching Points:
* Centre-backs to advance/break the line of the one forward and attack the space
* Full-backs come in to narrow supporting position - receive OR draw wide midfield player out
* Pivot provides an angle inside to receive OR pull opposition no.10 away from a pressing position
* Both attacking midfield players push up into half spaces - look to receive between lines, draw pressure OR run behind if back four is disrupted
* Wide players pull wide and provide angle to receive from centre-back or full-back - create isolated 1v1 OR draw opposition full back out creating space behind
* Forward stretches between the centre backs to maximise space between the lines; check back to feet late if centre-back looks for pass inside to central areas
* Speed of play, positivity, create and finish

Overview:
* Striker inside the penalty area, players numbered 1 to 3 on the outside
* No.1 and no.3 play in to striker with pace on the floor for a two-touch finish
* No.2 throws the ball over the mannequin for two-touch finish
* Progress to one-touch finish
Coaching Points
* Awareness at all times - react quickly to each ball
* Preparation - maximise space; arrange body; tight control to allow quick finish
* Focus on technique - control the controllables; can't control the GK
* Emphasis ALWAYS on shots under the bar - never waste an effort by hitting it over
* Next ball, next chance mentality - regardless of whether scored or missed previous chance
