SET UP:
- 2v1 keep away possession box. The 2 attackers try and possess the ball and keep it away from the defender.
- If the defender wins the ball back, they switch with the player who had lost possession.
- Keep numbers low (Max 3v1) to encourage movement off the ball to create passing options for the player on the ball.

SET UP:
- Rondo. 2 defenders in middle.
- Focus now on use of positioning and possession to move defenders to be able to penetrate.
- Consider 1st, 2nd and 3rd line passes (1st - In front of pressure/ 2nd - Around Pressure/ 3rd - Through Pressure).

- Increase in number of defenders (to increase complexity).

- 4 goal directional conditioned game.
- To score, the team in possession must combine with the player in the end zone, before scoring in either goals.
- The end zone players can move freely in the end zone.
