No "pattern" this time as there is 2 live defenders.
Play starts as soon as the first pass is played into the LCB.
Blue team in possession can score in goal A for 1 point or goal B for 2 points. This will encourage them to switch the play and look for the goal that is worth double the points.
Defending team look to trap the blue team in on one side and win the ball back. As soon as they win it or the ball goes out of bounds then it is dead.

Middle goals worth 1 point
Wide goals worth 2 points
Coaching Points:
If it is congested on one side...play to the other
- Can we recycle the ball back to our defenders and look to go to the other side?
- If there is space in the middle we can play through because it is quicker...but ONLY if there's enough space
- Why do we want to switch the field? Because if it's congested on one side that means theres space on the other.
QUE: If it is a 1v2/2vs3 we need to switch it. If it is 1v1/2v2 attack the defender.
No square/flat passes
- Why? Because square passes are easily intercepted
DEMONSTRATION: Show a square pass vs an angled pass. Encourage movement off the ball WITH scanning
- No extra touches. Like I mentioned in the first activity try and play in 2 touches to escape the pressure
Movement off the ball
- Why? Makes it easier for our teammates to find a pass.
- When? We must move before our teammate is looking to pass.
- ANGLES ANGLES ANGLES
Coaching Point Priority

Primary focus of the Red team...will swap teams halfway through
Normal goal = 1 point
Switching it through the gates = +1 points
Scoring after switching it 3 times = 4 points
As much as we want to coach switching the play we must also allow and encourage the players to go to goal and score.
