Organization: As above. Two grids of 20x20, 3v3+2 nuetral players
Instructions: Players play 3v3 with 2 nuetral players on the touchlines of the area. Players get 1 point if they score, and 3 points if they score off a overlap combination with a nuetral player in the wide area. If players can play overlaps through both nuetrals, they can score 6 points with a goal.
Coaching Points: 1) Looking for space beyond defender for overlap to be effective 2) Hiding your run from a defender (overlapping backwards, timing of runs, fakes)
Progressions: 1) Combine grids, play 6v6 + 4 nuetral players

Organization: Grid 40x40. Split team in half, with one player on each team starting on the wing. Goalkeepers in full sized nets
Instructions: Players play 8v8 (including keepers) to goal. If they pass to the player on the wing, they must follow their pass to the wing and the player on the wing must enter the center area. Players get one point for a goal, and 3 points if they are able to overlap the wing player and create a goal.
Coaching Points: 1) Timing of the run 2) Wide player dribbling into the center to create space for overlap

Instructions: Players in pinnies half and half. One group starts inside the grid dribbling then passing to the players on the outside of the grid
Coaching Points: 1) Moving while the ball is moving to create passing movements 2) Good firm passes to teammates 3) Heads up to pass to correct player
Progressions: 1) Passing to player of different team 2) Double/wall pass to outside 3) Give and go (as above) 4) overlap and go 5) random runs 6) One player as pressure defender in the box, switches once he wins ball from someone and they play defense
