Organization:
1. 20x20 square
2. Divide into 4 equal channels.
Instructions:
1. Coach will demonstrate the messi dribble
2. Side A- dribbles down to side B using messi touches.
3. Side B- Dribbles down to side A using messi touches
4. Coach demonstrates Ronaldo dribble
5. Side A- dribbles down to side B using Ronaldo touches.
6. Side B- Dribbles down to side A using Ronaldo touches
7. Side A- Dribbles halfway using messi Touches and finishes with Ronaldo touches.
8. Side B- Dribbles halfway using Messi Touches and finishes with Ronaldo touches.
Coaching Points:
1. Messi touches- small touches, using pinky toe, keeping ball close to you
2. Ronaldo Touches- Bigger touches, pushing the ball further away from you, running onto it.
3. Keeping head up
Progressions:
1. Side A and Side B go at the same time forcing players to keep their head up when dribbling.
2. Add a trailer the runs behind the person dribbling so they can feel the pressure while dribbling.

Organization: 20x20 square.
2 teams each behind their own cone.
Instructions: Divide players into 2 teams.
Number players 1-4
Coach calls out number and those two players play 1v1 to goal.
Coaching Points: Encourage Feint and Inside outside moves.
Messi touches when approaching the defender.
Ronaldo touches after you beat the player.
Progressions:
Have them run through a gate before playing in the middle. First person to get through the gate gets the ball.
Add another number.

Coaching Points:
1. Enocurage the feint and inside outside move.
2. Remind them of the Messi and Ronaldo Dribbles.

Organization:
1. 20x20 square
2. 5-6 triangle made of cones
Instructions:
1. 6 players start out inside the traingles.
2. 2 runners and 2 taggers
3. The players inside the triangles may not leave their triangle unless the runner on offense runs into their triangle. Once the runner runs into their triangle they must leave and are not being chased by the tagger. If a runner gets tagged by the tagger then they switch roles.
Coaching Points:
1. Encourage the runners to use moves and dodges to fake out the tagger.
Progressions:
1. Add a soccer ball for each runner and player inside the triangle.
2. Add in Messi and Ronaldo touches.
