Instructions:
• Players dribble out and perform a stop-tap in the middle.
• At the end they perform a U-Turn
• As they turn, make eye contact with the next person - this is their cue to go.
• Players perform the stop start on the way back as you go past the next person. Players attempt to perform the stop-tap simultaneously at the blue line, going different directions.
Coaching Points:
- Ronaldo touch which would allow us to take the space quicker
- Pinky toe & laces to dribble
- The use of Messi touches
- Correct execution of turn and stop start
- Ronaldo touch as we turn.
- Head up after turn/stop start
- Explode out of turn/stop start

Organization:
Same as previous setup minus the endzones.
Instructions:
- Attacking player is attempt to score in any of the 2 goals in his area.
- He can only score in goal #1 after 1st dribbling to the blue line. On getting to the blue, he has 2 scoring options (goals #1 & #2).
- Defending players must 1st get to the blue line before being allowed to exit their lane and attempt to win the ball.
- If they are successful in gaining possession, they must dribble out of the area using Messi touches (full control) to receive a point.
Coaching Points:
- Quality of first touch (Direction - towards goal, Weight)
- Awareness of defender's position
- Be positive, attack goal if possible
- Decision, Turn or Stop start to lose the defender (Scenarios from warm up)
- Protect the ball with your body
- Finish!

- Players have 2 goals in either corner to attempt scoring a goal.

• Player A wins if he/she can stop in an end zone without the opposition player by their side.
