Frame 1 - Specific Session (30 mins)
Specific Practice/In Possession/Final Third Mode

Organisation:
- Area Size: Half Pitch.
- GK + 7 v 8.
- White Team have Wide Players and Striker Removed.
- Blue Team have Full Backs removed + GK.
- Yellow Flat Discs to section wings.
- Working with Blue Team (in Possession) Attacking in the Final Third.

- 30 Minute Session.
- The objective of the Blue Team is to try to combine into the 'final third' to score in the large goals.
- If Whites win the ball they can score in one of the two mini goals.
Blocks:
- 1st Block - at 2 mins - to allow play to see how Blues Attack and where coaching is required - introduce Width and depth getting the Blues to open up play.
- 2nd Block - at 6 mins - along with Width and depth ask the Blues to use limited touches to move the ball quickly and speed up the attack. Combination play in final third to create finishing opportunities.
Conditions/Challenges/Targets:
- Blues to attack White and look to score - 1 Goal for scoring freely, 2 Goals for scoring centrally and breaking a line and 3 Goals for Scoring from a cross.
- Blue player in the free zone has 10 seconds on the ball. This will hopefully speed up the play in building the attack.
- White Team cannot enter the wide area until the Blue Player IP has passed the 18 Yard Box
- Blue Team can be coached a sub-welsh way principle to try and switch the play and get wide and in scoring positions quickly. However the emphasis will be on the final third.
