Increasing Lap Run

  • Jog 3 side of the pitch and run 3,4pace down the final side .
  • jog 2 sides and 3,4 pace down 2 sides.
  • Jog 1 side and run 3.4 pace down 3 sides.
  •  Run 4 sides 3.4 pace down.

*This can be repeated for 2 or 3 sets or keep to just 1 set and combine with other interval Drills.

start on the touch line at the halfway and with the ball run 3,4 pace to the corner flag and run diagonally to the opposite side .

Jog from the other side to stary point for recovery.

and use the other side without ball.

  • make your team to 2 group
  • repeat 3 or 5 times and rest 2 min.
  • complete 2 or 3 sets or combine with another interval drill.
