5v5 defending 3 goals. Pressure support & balance. Trying to influence direction of play. Strikers delay first forward pass the direction. To score ball must be ran through one of the three goals under control.

Jokeying, closing down. Do not sell your self. Do not turn back.
Tactical:
First delay (forward pass or movement) then influence direction with body shape & approach angle.

Endurance, anerobic, arobic, body strength.

Confidence, commitment to tackle, communication, control (anger)
