Practicing diving forward after moving forward.
Post to cone,
Dive forward cover the close side.
If there are enough keepers they can work in pairs or groups on either side of the goal.
Key points.
Efficient movement no shuffling, quick sprints then sudden stops to apply set before diving. Don't let them run into their dive make them set, especially considering they have an idea of where the ball is going.
keep all service low for low saves or collapse shots
Feel free to put a flat dot in line with the cone and make them dive in front/over it

Mimic this on the other side of the goal as well.
Deep player plays the ball up the pitch to shooter.
Choice to go inside or wide before shooting.
If they go wide there is no need to aggressively close an angle as the threat for a cut back is on so the aim is to hold their ground while still protecting the goal.
If they go inside towards the goal the GK may need to approach where possible to close an angle before setting and making a save.
Please highlight that these Should NOT be 1 on 1 situations but close range shots. they know their block and spreads but they should still try an apply basic saving structure.
Make sure the shooter pushes the ball wide or pushes it across the face NOT towards the goal.
Be aware of the shooter as they may not go towards their weak foot enough to make the drill effective.
Focus on the GK's positioning and set shape when preparing for ball movement and the shot/
Most of the younger GK's are struggling with pushing off their plant leg during the half step of their diving so please make sure they are trying to push forward when diving. Don't worry to much on holding the ball just parrying.

Honestly whatever shooting drill you want just no dead ball kicks, there has to be a pass before a shot.
Maybe even force the shooter to take a touch before shooting.

Use deep cone to start the drill with a pass
Then make them attack, get in front of top cone to receive a volley/throw for younger group.
Work one side first then go other side and swap the top feeding.
So one side passing and volley's
Other side would be pass with other foot and then scoops at the top
