3v3+4, 20x15 yd area
-Play free trying to keep possession between your teammates and neutral players on the outside
-Progression 1: in order to receive 1 point you must play target to inside player to target(see black lines in picture)
- Progression 2: If Red plays into another Red(See red lines example in picture) and they play a first time ball into a target that's 1 point OR the same way as the previous progression(target to color to opposite target) is 1 pt as well

6v6+1 (or 2 depending on numbers) IF you have all 15, play 7v7+1
4-2-1 formation, one group as front group, one as back group
Instructions:
- Players play 6v6 +1
- Normal goal is worth 1
- If you are able to play in all three zones before scoring, worth 2.
- If a direct switch is played from Zone A to C, goal is worth 3 (Progression)
- Goals must be scored in attacking half
- Ball restarts in defensive zone when it goes into touch
Play 5x5 minute games 1 minute rest (coach there)
Total time 30 mins
Coaching points:
- Play to one side with the intent to switch to the other Principle
- Attract pressure with possession (to break a line) Principle
- Triggers and Cues:
* Numbers down on a side
* Space on far side/open player
* Not able to go forward on strong side
- Technical ability to hit a low, driven pass over distance (Progression)
- Using link players (playing backwards to go forward using back line) or (using CM to switch the play quickly from within a pocket of space) COMPLETE THE SWITCH
Progression:
- Add big goals, same scoring rules
- One team starts up 1-0, can they win the game? (7-10')

5V5 + 2 4 Goal Game (30 mins)
Set-Up: 40X40 Grid with small goals 5 yards inside each corner facing each other, 2 teams of 5 with 2/3 neutral players.
Execution: Play 5v5 + 2/3 each team attacking 2 goals and defending the opposite 2.
Coaching Points: Quality firm passing, play 1/2 touch, change angles to provide support or progression opportunities, use possession to drw defenders in, switch play, look for numbers up situations.
