Station A:
- Players start on the left side of the cones and dribble at an angle.
- right foot only
- left foot only
- outside right, inside right, outside life, inside life = repeat
- outside right, outside left, outside right, outside left = repeat
- juggle around the cones
Station B
- two touches between each cone and execute a skill
- left foot, laces, laces, scissors left, right foot, laces, laces, scissors right = repeat
- left foot, laces, laces, stepover right, right foot, laces, laces, stepover left = repeat
- left foot, laces, laces, outside hook, left foot, laces, laces, lnside hook = repeat
- right foot, laces, laces, inside hook, right foot, laces, laces, outside hook = repeat
- left foot, laces, laces, "V move (pull left, push right) right foot, laces, laces, "V" move (pull right, push left) = repeat

Gate Game:
- 3v3 or 4v4
- Blue play against Yellow and defend gates A & B. They attempt to dribble through gates C & D to score. Yellow defend gates C & D and try to score in gates A & B.
- Green play against White and defend gates B & E. They attempt to dribble through gates D & F to score. White defend gates D & F and try to score in gates B & E.
- The game is also played on Field Two.
Progression:
- winning teams move up a field.
- losing teams drop down a field

Juggling (20 mins)
Juggling:
- right foot only
- left foot only
- right, left, right, left repeat the sequence
- two touches below the waist, one touch above.
- right foot, right thigh, right shoulder and repeat the sequence on the left side.
- laces, thigh, laces, thigh
- meet the ball at the highest possible point using laces only.
- five juggles facing one direction. Play the ball over your head, turn around and repeat the excersize.
- thigh, heel, laces, shoulder, etc. How many surfaes can we use in one sequence?
Juggling Competition:
- When a players ball hits the ground they must shout out their highest number of juggles.
- Players take a knee when their ball hits the ground. Last one standing wins (change the juggling surfaces)
