Key Factors
The key factors in this drill are the players ability to use the Nomads moves effectively to beat a defender and score a goal. The key will be close contral and the ability to move with the ball at pace.
Organisation
Set up as shown in the attached animation. The green players represetn the coaches. The set up begins with a defender inbetween the gate closest to the goal. The session starts with the front player runnign with the ball to the mannequin and completing a Nomad turn. They run with the ball back to their starting point and complete another turn.
After the second turn the player then plays a pass to the coach and runs the opposite side of the mannequin and the coach plays the ball into the players path to complete the wall pass.
Once the player has possession of the ball again, they must then take on the player between the cones and try and score. The player between the cones can only move side to side and not move forward or back.
After the move has finished, the attacking player takes the place of the player between the cones and the defender joins the back of the line.

Key Factors
The purpose of this game related practice is to expose the players to a number of decision making opportunites and be forced into 1v1 attacking and 1v1 defending situations.
Organisation
Set up 2x identical pitches.
Each set will last 90 seconds.
Split the players into 2 teams of 3. 1 player from each team starts inside the area, the other two position themsevles on the outside, as can be seen in the animation.
Each of the middle players will attack the same goal.
The coach will feed a ball in and it is then down to the two players to battle 1v1 to try and score.
They can use their team mates on the outside for bounce passes and wall passes (outside players are on 2 touches maximum).
If the ball goes out the coach feeds another one in.
The winner after 90 seconds gets the point.

If players cant get success in one goal they must work out a way of getting the ball to the other goal.
Organisation
Set up as seen in the animation. Players are split into two equal teams and will attack two goals at the same end. The rules for this game are the same for normal football, expect with kick ins from the side wherever the ball goes out.

Key Factors
The purpose of this drill is to provide plyers with the opporntiuty to gain as many touches of the ball as possible, using a variety of different surfaces of the foot, and encouraging creativity and changes in direction.
This drill will involve turning, passing, dribbling and running with the ball and the Nomads Moves will make up a big part of this.
Organisation
The drill is set up with 4 out side cones and 4 cones on the inside, creating 2 diamonds. The different moves will be as follows:
1) Players will work in straight lines across the area. In the first instance the players will complete an action with the ball up to the first cone. They will leave the ball at the first cone, sprint across the central area and play a pass with the ball that has been left by the player working in the opposite direction. The next player in line then repeats. The actions to be completed will be;
i) players will run with the ball up to the cone.
ii) using the inside of the foot, alterantive right and lift in a side to side movemeint to move the ball forward.
iii) toe taps, using the bottom of the foot to move the top of the ball, alternating between right and left.
iv) inside out side, using the inside and outside of the same foot to move the ball forward, take it in turns right and left foot on each go.
