To challenge the defender with a 1v1 and quick shot
Once you (the shooter) shoot, you quickly transition on defence
**If you intercept the ball, you shoot quickly and then defend
Play 10 balls in a 1v1 format
Play 10 balls in a 2v2 format
Etc.
Coaching Points:
1v1
- Quick ball movement
- Draw and accelerate

- Pass to front foot
- 1-2 touch
- Quick transition on Defence
- Good Communication
