Technical (5 mins)
Second Adaption
Players will run with the ball around the cone opposite and back to the starting cone, where the next player will then go.
Focus on players performing the correct mechanics.
Mechanics
1.Get the ball out of feet
2.Make contact with laces
3.Head up
4.Get into running stride
5.Move quickly

Technical/ Skill (5 mins)
Third Adaptation
Players will now run the ball to the opposite corner of the big box.
Players must run through the small box, as all four players will be running into a tight area at once this will encourage players to keep their head up looking for space.
Once the player has reached the opposite side the next player will go.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
1. Weak foot only
2. Reach the end before the player opposite
