Organisation
- Attack v Defence with width - Wingers must remain in the shaded areas and the aim is to get the ball out wide into channels to stretch the one defender and keeper. Attacking players should create space and get a shot on goal.
- Defender and keeper are encouraged to close down the space and come out to meet the attack - Do not stay back and allow the attackers to come onto them.
- Can be progressed and regressed by adding and removing players from attack or defence. Key is to keep the ball moving and find width. Points for scoring and double points for keeping attackers out - We could add pop up goals for the defenders to score in.
