Warm-up
Organization:
- Players being by completing dynamic movements between the cones then the flagpoles. Various movements are completed working different parts of the body. Progress to lateral movements and handling warm up.
Key Factors:
- Sets x 2
- Ensure correct technique
- Build up gradually
- Increase tempo and finish with explosive sprints

Functional Practice
Organization:
- Tag agme: Goalkeepers move around a 25 x 25 yard grid with field players
- All players have a bib attached to the shorts
- The object is to steal the bib from someone else
- You cannot be tagged when you have the ball at your feet or in your hands
- The last two players left with bibs intact win

Organization:
