Game scenario
Organization
Half pitch + 10 yards.
9 defenders White v 8 attackers in formation (Orange)
How to Play
Play starts with GK to white team who try to score in the small goals.
Orange team try to stay organised and set traps to win the ball in the middle third.
9 tries to stop play going across the back line
Midfield 5 must go tight.
2 and 3 provide cover.
If Orange regain possession, try to play off 9 as quickly as possible.
7, 10, 11 must support 9 at speed.
If 8 or 6 win the ball, look for any player in front or 2 and 3 breaking forward.
Possible Coaching points
Excellent technique of long and short passes - Balls into strikers feet.
Speed of approach from midfield - Fast to Slow - Create angles of approach or drop off to support.
No long passing once ball is with forward - Build up for effort on goal.
** Finish with small sided game - Emphasis on balls into strikers feet and and transtion from midfield to attack.

White team try to win the ball and play into their "spare" man. (= 1 goal)
Progressions
If the white team can switch the ball within 2 passes = 2 goals
Once possession has switched, Whites look to hold the ball in their grid and orange send 3 defenders to press play.
