Anaerobic Circuit

The 1st player dribbles around the cones. Once the player rounds the final cone they look up and pass the ball to player B through the cones who repeats.

Players the follow the circuit as shown through the ladders.

The then jump 2 footed over hurdle 3 times.

Players then go to server to receive a pass/volley/header.

Players then move to second hurdle and jump 2 footed over hurdle 3 times.

Continue the circuit as shown.

Once all players have completed the circuit, rest then repeat going the oppisite way.

Vary serve

Vary the hudle jumps (one foot, two foot).

Vary the ladder footwork
