1.) Red are defenders 2,3,4, and 5.
2.) Purple are attackers 9, 10, 7, and 11
3.)Yellow are central midfielders 6 and 8 and they are Neutral
4.) Keeper begins with the ball and passes to a red defender. Red defenders look to combine with the yellow central midfielders to build out of pressure.
5.) Once Red successfully builds out, yellow then turns offensive and team with purple to create a 6v4.
6.) The blue line is there to make sure that if one central player goes outside that blue zone, the other central player must cover the middle and maintain shape.

Warm Up- Technical Diamond Passing Exercise
1.) Ball Starts with a central player (GK, CB, CM) and is played to one of the two central options in the middle and then the ball goes wide on the final pass.
2.) A passes to B, B to C, C to D.
Objective- Finding our central midfielders to keep possession and look to play wide.
