Two Games Running on either side

Control: Teams try to control possession in their playing areas.

Attack: each player has a number, when their number is called they leave their playing area and to join the middle of pitch and look to attack on goal. First team to gain possession in middle section can attack on goal. If defenders win ball they have to make connection with the coach or carry over an area to be able to attack themselves. Play until goal or certain time period.
