1. Finishing situations in superiority (3v2)
2. Attacking Team receives 1 point for scoring, defending team receives 2 points for scoring.
3. New attacking and defending team come on when ball goes out of play.

Dribbling & Passing Warm UP (10 mins)
Instructions:
1. Half of the players inside the square, half outside the square.
2. Players dribble around for 60 second then switch with outside players. (Follow instructions right foot, left, both, insert moves.
3. For the last 6-8 min the outside players will come in one by one every 10sec to kick the balls out of the square. Team to get all the balls out with less players wins.
